When you join our bowling and social club, we collect only the information required from you to be able to contact you, contact someone in case of emergency and to be able to produce a membership card for you.
With your permission, we may also collect further information which allows us to contact you regarding events and offers at the club.
How the information about you will be used when you join as a member?
The personal data kept securely in the club and will only be used for the club purposes. We do not use the information in marketing activities and don’t share your data with any external agencies.
You have the request to you have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you request such a copy then please email club.secretary@tarletonbowlingclub.co.uk and the information will be sent to you.
We want to make sure your personal information is accurate and up-to-date and we may ask you to correct or erase information that you think is inaccurate at the time of collecting data.
At the time of collecting the data, you have the right to object to the club holding certain information about you.
